This is a Solution Blueprint: a documented architecture pattern, not a system demonstrated end to end today. It addresses service-level risk, capacity exceptions, and process bottlenecks — specific operating decisions rather than a general promise to optimize every process. It requires governed operational data with defined service-level thresholds, capacity baselines, and exception rules already agreed upon by operations leadership; without that governed input, Orisdale will not connect an AI runtime directly to raw operational data. Once built, it supports a narrow decision: where should operations leadership focus attention this period, and why. Human review remains required before any capacity, staffing, or service-level action is taken; the system prioritizes exceptions for review, it does not authorize them.
