Overview

This policy describes how Orisdale(“Orisdale,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected through this website. It applies to visitors browsing this site and to anyone who submits the Strategy Session contact form.

Information we collect

The Strategy Session contact form collects first and last name, work email address, company, role, area of interest, current platform, desired timeline, and a short description of a business problem. This information is provided directly by the visitor and is not collected passively.

This website does not use cookies or third-party analytics. No behavioral tracking data is collected from visitors, and no personally identifiable information or the free-text contents of the contact form are ever sent to an analytics platform, because none is in use.

How we use information

Contact form submissions are used only to evaluate and respond to inquiries about Orisdale’s services. Information submitted through the form is not sold to third parties, and a submission is not used for marketing communications unless the visitor separately and explicitly consents to that use. The consent checkbox on the contact form covers Orisdale contacting the submitter about their specific inquiry; it does not add a visitor to a marketing list.

Service providers

Orisdale uses the following third-party service providers to operate this website and the contact form. Each provider processes submission data only as needed to perform its function below, and none is authorized to use that data for its own marketing purposes:

  • Resend — delivers the internal notification email for a new Strategy Session request and, where applicable, an acknowledgement email to the submitter.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies that a contact form submission was made by a human rather than an automated script, without using tracking cookies or collecting personal data for advertising purposes.
  • Upstash — provides short-lived, IP- and email-based rate-limit counters that prevent abusive or automated submission volume. These counters do not store the contents of a submission.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and provides standard web server and deployment infrastructure.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, and to maintain a reasonable business record of prior communications. Orisdale does not currently operate a database of website visitors; submissions exist as the email notifications generated by the process described above, together with provider-side delivery logs retained under each provider’s own data-processing terms.

Your choices and rights

A visitor may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the information they submitted through the contact form by writing to the privacy contact below. Orisdale will respond to a verified request within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the website or its service providers change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
