AI Agents

Enterprise AI Agents, Governed by Design

An Orisdale agent is one constrained layer inside a governed architecture, not a standalone chatbot searching for a use case. It interprets business questions using approved tools, governed logic, and semantic context that were established before the agent ever runs.

What Orisdale means by an enterprise AI agent

An enterprise AI agent is a structured system, not a general-purpose conversational interface: governed data access, deterministic computation, controlled tool execution, secure orchestration, and a constrained AI reasoning step, combined into the Agentic AI Runtime layer of the Orisdale reference architecture.

Governed data access

An agent reads from governed business logic and semantic context, not directly from raw enterprise tables.

Deterministic computation stays deterministic

Calculations, thresholds, and classifications remain governed rules. The agent interprets and explains their output; it does not recompute them.

Constrained tool access

An agent can only call the approved tools and data connections it has been explicitly granted — never open-ended system access.

Human review in consequential workflows

Monitoring and human approval remain part of the design for decisions with material business or financial consequence.

Where an agent fits in the architecture

The agent is the runtime step, not the whole system. Governed logic and semantic intelligence are prepared before it runs; monitoring and human review wrap the result. See the full reference architecture.

Governed agents across business domains

Orisdale does not build a single generic agent and point it at every problem. Each solution domain has its own governed logic, semantic layer, and approved agent tools, because a revenue forecasting question and a budget-variance question depend on different governed definitions.

Revenue Intelligence

Demonstrated

Revenue Intelligence

Revenue Intelligence transforms CRM, target, and pipeline data into trusted forecasting intelligence. Governed definitions and deterministic calculations establish the forecast foundation before enterprise AI interprets risk, explains performance, and supports executive review.

Finance Intelligence

Demonstrated

Finance Intelligence

Finance Intelligence combines approved budgets, actuals, governed variance calculations, materiality rules, and AI-ready business context to help finance teams explain performance without allowing AI to redefine the numbers.

  • · Budget-versus-actual intelligence
  • · Material variance detection
  • · Management-attention classification

Tax Intelligence

Tax Intelligence standardizes tax data, applies governed classifications, and surfaces exceptions with full lineage so review teams can focus attention where it matters most.

  • · Tax data standardization
  • · Governed classifications
  • · Exception detection

Operations Intelligence

Solution Blueprint

Operations Intelligence

Operations Intelligence targets specific operating decisions, such as service-level risk and capacity exceptions, rather than a broad and unsupported promise to optimize every process.

  • · Service-level risk detection
  • · Supply and capacity exception review
  • · Process bottleneck analysis

Executive Intelligence

Solution Blueprint

Executive Intelligence

Executive Intelligence is a controlled cross-functional business experience built on approved Revenue, Finance, Tax, and Operations semantic layers, not an unrestricted model that queries every enterprise system.

  • · Approved cross-domain metrics
  • · Reconciled definitions
  • · Permission-aware access
